Samson Technologies was established in 1980 with the aim of developing wireless microphone systems. With three notable brands: Samson Audio, Samson Wireless, and Hartke, we are now a market leader in both consumer and technical audio. More than 250 of our goods are marketed and shipped in more than 140 countries.
Samson developed the first portable microphone device in 1980. Samson has risen to the top of the telecommunications industry over the years. We started developing power amplifiers, mixers, wired microphones, and signal processors in the early 1990s to broaden the scope of our audio goods. We launched the first certified USB microphones for musicians and broadcasters in 2005.
Our USB microphones have become the norm in the industry.
In 1985, Hartke created a special aluminum cone driver that provided a bass tone with much wider dynamics than had ever been heard before, revolutionizing the field of bass amplification. We went on to develop a complete line of bass amplifiers, cabinets, and combos that are used by some of the world’s most renowned musicians.
Samson has expanded from a two-person company to a global corporation devoted to developing innovative technologies that would improve the lives of music and broadcast professionals around the world.
