M&b MBJ20 Transcutaneous bilirubin / Jaundice meter
Description:
The MBJ20 Handheld Rapid Test Jaundice Meter is a non-invasive and accurate jaundice meter. The detector is implanted on neonatal skin to aid medical practitioners in testing neonates’ levels of jaundice in real time. The MBJ20 Handheld Rapid Test Jaundice Meter eliminates the discomfort that comes with drawing blood samples from newborns, lowers expenses because test results are available immediately, and improves doctor and nurse productivity. Fiber Optics, a spectrum splitter, a controlled spectrum filter, NFM switching, and information processing techniques are used in the development of this jaundice meter. The MBJ20 has not been tested on newborns with dark skin and cannot be guaranteed to provide accurate results when used on them.
