Description:
Alternating / Air-Flow Mattresses (Active Surface) Also known as air-flow mattresses, alternating pressure mattresses relieve and redistribute pressure through a dynamic lying surface. The inflated air cells provide pressure to support the user whilst the deflated cells provide relief for the skin above them.
A low air loss mattress has tiny laser made air holes in its top surface which continually blow out air causing the patient to float. This reduces skin interface pressure at the mattress surface. As a result, moisture is wicked away and the patient stays dry.

৪। আপনার পছেন্দের পেমেন্ট মেথোডটি সিলেক্ট করে নিবেন
৫। এবার “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions” পড়ার পর ক্লিক করে অর্ডার প্লেস করবেন।
আপনার পেমেন্ট সম্পর্কে নিশ্চিত হবার পর বিএমএ বাজার থেকে আপনার কাছে অর্ডার কনফারমেশন মেইল যাবে, সেখানে আপনার অর্ডার আইডি এবং প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য থাকবে।
একাধিক প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রেঃ
১। আপনার পছেন্দের প্রোডাক্টগুলোর এর নিচে “Add to cart” বাটনে ক্লিক করে নিতে হবে
২। প্রয়োজনীয় সকল প্রোডাক্ট এড করে নেয়ার পর আপনাকে ডানদিকে উপরের এই বাটনে ক্লিক করে কারটে প্রবেশ করতে হবে
