Philips Heartstart Onsite AED
The HeartStart OnSite Defibrillator was created for the regular person in the extraordinary situation by Philips, the world leader in automated external defibrillators (AEDs). The OnSite is the first and only AED without a prescription and is made to be the most dependable defibrillator on the market in terms of setup and operation. A defibrillator made by their cutting-edge technology that is so simple to use that you could be able to save the life of a friend, coworker, or someone else experiencing sudden cardiac arrest thanks to rigorous study and user feedback.
SMART Pads detect the rescuer’s initial touch and guide the AED to adapt the instructions to the precise pace of the responder. The voice prompts won’t overwhelm, run ahead of you, or slow you down.
SMART analysis automatically assesses the victim’s heart rhythm. Whether the victim is a man, woman, or child, it delivers the right amount of therapy and only if it is needed. Even if you press the shock button, it will only deliver therapy if the rhythm is determined to be shockable.
Easy as 1-2-3:
When you observe someone suffering from a suspected SCA, you should act quickly. We’ve equipped OnSite with integrated SMART Pads. Just place the SMART Pads on the person’s bare skin, and they will provide feedback to the AED so it can adapt its voice instructions to your actions and your pace. The SMART Pads sense when they have been placed on the patient and when you’ve completed each step. The system won’t announce the next step until you are ready. Prompts are repeated and rephrased, and include additional instruction to aid understanding.
Simple to Operate
Turns on with easy-to-use pull handle
Each HeartStart OnSite unit arrives prepared to save. The battery and pads are already inside the gadget, which also has the device’s pre-installed carrying cover. To activate the AED, just pull the lever on the front of the device.
SMART Biphasic Therapy:
Safely delivers maximum shock strength
High current is used in Philips SMART Biphasic therapy to maximize effectiveness while a reduced energy dose is used to avoid side effects that could injure a vulnerable heart.
Guided Audio Instruction
Talks you through your training
On-demand audio tutoring is offered through The HeartStart OnSite. AED and CPR instructions are given in a calm, clear voice that is customized to the responder’s actions while the victim of a sudden cardiac arrest is being revived.
Built-in Self Test
Ready when needed
Before it leaves the factory, your HeartStart OnSite is put through a 120-point inspection. It performs self-tests on the job every single day, not just once a week. In total, it runs more than 80 distinct tests. Even the pads are preparedness tested.
Quick Shock Feature
Minimize chest compression interruptions
CPR is now more important than ever for survival. It’s crucial to give a shock quickly following chest compressions. The interval between hands-off and shock delivery is shortened by the HeartStart OnSites Quick Shock function.
Integrated SMART Pads
Senses application to patient skin
The fact that the pads can detect when they have been taken out of the cartridge and placed to the patient makes them “smart.” This aids HeartStart OnSite in determining where the user is in the response cycle.
Clear, intuitive icon-driven operation
The graphics-based visual instructions from HeartStart OnSites are made to convey quickly with the least amount of reading and interpretation. Users who are not fluent in the language of the device can readily follow.
